We leveraged our 3D printing hardware to create this custom center console for a 1957 Chevy Bel Air Nomad.

After scanning the transmission hump and gear mechanism, a thin prototype was printed to check the fit. Once the shape was approved, we printed a robust body and upholstered it with a layer of foam, then leather.
Custom 3D-printed cup holders can be easily swapped out for phone holders, USB connections, etc.

For this client, we crafted a custom internal storage and cup holder unit. We built a supportive framework, 3D-printed the box, lid, and cup holders, and upholstered the lid and box tray with matching vinyl.
